What is mobility, anyway?
Come join in on this fun, explorative workshop geared towards all things mobility. We will dive into the interrelationships between bones, muscle, and connective tissue to better understand its relevance to yoga, exercise, and everyday life. We will discuss movement patterns, injury prevention, and the process of aging, as well as experiment with specific movements that target the mobility of each join. Come learn and play so you can better understand your own body's biomechanics, down to the bone!
