TIPS AND TRICKS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PRACTICE
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts for your first class to get situated and set up in the room. *If you’re not feeling well, stay home and come practice when you feel better!*
Come hydrated! All of our classes are heated to varying degrees, so it’s important to hydrate (the day before) and know that you’ll work up a sweat. We have a water fountain to fill your water bottle, or water and coconut water are available for purchase at the front.
At the end of class, leave the hot room quietly to respect others’ savasanas.
Hydrate after class! You may feel all kinds of things after class (soreness, fatigue, etc) which is totally normal. The best tip for fatigue and soreness is hydration.
Come back tomorrow (or the next day). Seriously! Our classes are designed in such a way that with a little bit of regularity, you will see results fast. We recommend coming at least 3-4 times within the first week to start to see the changes in your body and your practice.

“If you are a person who is hard on yourself for whatever reason, you quickly learn to be good to yourself.” -JK
