Inferno Hot Pilates is a music-driven fusion of High Intensity Interval Training (low or no impact) mixed with Pilates principles of control, breath, and alignment. Using just your own bodyweight for Tabata-technique exercises and static holds for plyometric strengthening and conditioning, this heated 60-minute class is designed to work the large and smaller muscle groups of the body, focusing on the core. IHP is a full-body workout designed to tone and strengthen, and is a wonderful complement to the yoga. This class is suitable for all levels.
