Buti Yoga is a niche workout that combines traditional yoga moves and tribal dance. The plyometric elements of a Buti yoga class are cardio-intense as opposed to traditional yoga. Wild and liberating movements will pump up your heart rate so you’ll burn more calories and increase your resting metabolic rate. At the same time, you're working to strengthen your muscles. BUTI is an Indian Marathi word that means, “a cure that’s been hidden away or kept secret."
