BREATHE Vinyasa Strength is a powerful fusion of vinyasa flow with the addition of resistance training designed using bodyweight and/or light weights to make yogis stronger and athletes more flexible. This 60-minute class is a musically-driven vinyasa flow with a mixture of yoga lineages. This energizing and challenging vinyasa class will incorporate inversions, and deep backbends. This class is suitable for all levels, though having a basic understanding of vinyasa will strengthen your practice.
