This special 75-minute Yin Yoga & Sound Bath session is truly a journey of surrender.
Yin Yoga poses are designed to open up the body through long holds – typically between 1 to 5 minutes in length. This style of yoga will help put both your body and mind in a state of deep relaxation.
During the live sound bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls, your brain will move into the deeper brainwave frequencies that will help induce meditative and peaceful states to allow for clarity of mind and relaxation. Some of the many benefits of sound meditation include: improved sleep; a deep sense of tranquility; reduction of stress and anxiety, and relief from depression and emotional pain.
