We are so excited to share the news - we are headed to Puerto Morelos, Mexico for a week of R+R (and some yoga, too) May 15-21 AND May 22-28, 2022. And YOU'RE INVITED!

For 6 days/7 nights we will stay at Casa Om, a beautiful ocean-view villa, practice yoga/pilates/meditation and eat yummy, nutritious meals prepared by local chefs. You will leave this retreat refreshed and recharged with lots of new friends. Puerto Morelos is about a 30 minute drive from Cancun and direct flights are available.

Pricing includes all meals, transportation, two excursions, and all the yoga and pilates your heart desires. Price does not include airfare.
